The Quad-Brushless-ESC-Board "HERKULES II"
What is Herkules?
"Herkules II" is an electronic control unit for DC brushless motors (BLDC). Main usecase shall be the implementation in a Quadrocopter RC flying system where four (or even more) motors shall be driven.
The specific thing in Herkules II is the integration of four identical high-performance ESCs on one PCB. This minimizes the wiring effort, saves space and increases the reliability.
Large effort was spent on developing robust power stages. So therefore only powerful and high quality components are used.
Why doing this effort while "Far East" ESCs are so cheap?
After building a lot of Multipropellerflyingmachines, flying them and seeing them falling down i decided to bring more reliability in the Coptering-scene. The queasy feeling that the precious Copter lifting expensive photo cameras is supplied by Far East electronics became even bigger and bigger. Therefor this trial to make it even better. The time will show if i succeeded...
